SevaSankalp is a mobile application developed under the Aatmnirbhar Sena initiative of Hindrise Social Welfare Foundation, a registered non-profit organization based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The app serves as a user-focused platform for reporting local issues, sharing demands related to community needs, and providing feedback to help improve local civic life.
Please note that SevaSankalp does not currently have a standalone website. All services provided through the app are governed by this policy and operate independently from any affiliation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this policy, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
